Warranty

  • All weld cleaning machines carry a 2-year warranty against manufactures defects.
  • Applicator pump gun and accessories carry a 1-year warranty against manufactures defects
  • Wands, grounds, and other power cables carry a 1-year warranty against manufactures defects
  • Repairs must be initiated through the warranty process and will be repaired or replaced at Capital Weld Cleaner’s discretion.
  • Capital Weld Cleaners offers repair services for machines and accessories past the warranty phase.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping to Capital Weld Cleaners, once we receive the product and determine that the issue is covered by the warranty Capital Weld Cleaners will pay return shipping.
  • C.O.D shipments will not be accepted.
  • Capital Weld Cleaners is not liable for loss of time, manufacturing costs, parts, labor, or any other costs incurred from warranty or misuse.

Return Policy

Products are eligible for return and/or credit based on the following conditions:

  • First time customers are eligible for a 30-day money back guarantee
  • Eligible returns need to be unopened and unused.
  • Orders may be canceled any time prior to shipment.
  • All liquid consumables (including wipes) are final sale and not eligible for return/credit unless damaged in shipping.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restock fee.
  • C.O.D returns will not be accepted.
  • Capital Weld Cleaners will pay return shipping on items that were sent in error by Capital Weld Cleaners.
  • Approved returns must ship in their original packaging.
  • Quality concerns must be initiated through the warranty process and are subject to approval.
  • Capital Weld Cleaners is not liable for loss of time, manufacturing costs, parts, labor, or any other costs incurred from warranty or misuse.

Shipping

Equipment shipments for repairs/upgrades/diagnostics.

  • Equipment that needs to be returned for repair that is potentially under warranty must be shipped by the customer at the customers expense.  If the equipment is found to be under warranty and warranty repairs are made then CWC will cover the cost of the return shipment by the most economical method.  Customers can upgrade shipping methods at their expense and receive a credit for the ground shipment.
  • Shipments of CW110’s and CW200 machines must be sent freight on a pallet to prevent damage.
  • Equipment returns that are received where no issues are found is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipment.
  • Equipment returned must be accompanied by a service request form.
