Capital Weld Cleaners Standard Electrode Insulator Sleeves are designed to fit securely over our Standard and Radius Electrodes, providing an insulating barrier between the electrode and surrounding metal surfaces during weld cleaning and passivation.

The sleeve helps protect against accidental electrical contact and shorting while allowing the working surface of the electrode to maintain proper contact with the cleaning pad. Designed for quick installation and replacement, these sleeves help keep your weld cleaning setup operating safely and efficiently.
