In just one easy step our machine deburrs both sides of your sheet metal simultaneously. Requires little maintenance and operated by a single person increasing your output, lowering your costs & improving your bottom line.
Machine can be rotated 90 degrees to allow for larger sheet processing.
Adjustable rail system helps maintain consistent contact with both sides of the material. Allowing for fast feed through rates and prevents gouging.
Provides a safer process than using an angle grinder or other deburring tools.
Easy access adjustment of the flap wheels to maintain consistent edge contact as flap wheels wear.
Comes equipped with 2-60 grit flap wheels installed and an additional pair of 80 grit flap wheels. Also comes with brackets to mount to a work table or to our dedicated stand.
