Custom in-house stencils for chemical marking/etching applications. Stencils withstand hundreds of applications and are a low-cost option to help promote your brand, reduce the use of stickers, and create a professional appearance on your parts.
The use of chemical markings helps create an image/graphic that cannot be peeled off, fade, create sanitizing issues, or be affected by chemicals.

The Image to be supplied needs to be in true Black & White.
No Shading or Gray areas.
The stencils can be reused many times. The better the stencils are taken care of the longer a customer will get use from them (100’s of uses). After each use, they can be rinsed off with water and left to dry, then replaced in an envelope and safely stored away. If they are carelessly tossed into the tool chest and get shuffled around, the life of the stencil will be greatly diminished.
