Yes, all our machines will clean MIG welds. We recommend using the Weld Cleaning Solution PLUS as the electrolyte.

HOW MUCH WELD CLEANING SOLUTION AND NEUTRALIZER DO I NEED?
While everyone will have different results depending on their individual process, we estimate a minimum of 150 linear feet of weld cleaned per gallon of cleaning solution and neutralizer.
HOW LONG DO THE BRUSHES LAST?
Capital Weld Cleaners manufactures the highest quality and longest lasting brushes. With proper use and care, one can expect to use 1 standard size brush per 2.5 gallons of cleaning solution.
DO YOU HAVE A NON-ACID CLEANING SOLUTION?
Yes, our Eco-Friendly cleaning solution is non acidic and only requires a water rinse. It does not require neutralization. We recommend using the Eco Friendly on TIG welds only. Is also best suited for ALUMINUM CLEANING APPLICATIONS.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, the machines are designed to clean all heat generated oxidation – whether it comes from grinding, cutting, or any other process that generates heat.
WHAT MAKES THE 1X50 AND 2X80 DIFFERENT FROM OTHER UNITS ON THE MARKET?
Our machines are made with the end user in mind, so they are incredibly versatile. We know that most of our customers weld all different shapes and size stainless parts so our wands are built with the ability to utilize either the extremely versatile weld cleaning brush or the electrode and sleeve. Having this option is a standard feature on your Capital Weld Cleaner; not an expensive upgrade. The wand is designed to give the user an increased level of comfort with an ergonomic design and allow it to function in any position. Our wands are made from a chemical resistant rubber, and the electrode is machined from a solid piece of stainless steel to prevent cross contamination.
